Here I am with the Del Rubio Triplets of Pee Wee Herman Show fame. I met Milly, Eadie and Elena at one of their last performances, the Care To Dance marathon in Seattle, June 1996. Within 6 months, one of the triplets died and they stopped performing.

The girls were a ton of fun. They were all in their 70s, liked to perform in fringe hotpants, each with their own acoustic guitars, singing top 40s and dance tunes. Really trippy but really fun!

  I got to be one of 8 contestants in TVLand's Ultimate Fan Search when they were in the Seattle Area, May 2000. I got to meet Mr. T.

Man, what a nice guy!

Unfortunately, I didn't win. I was in a tough game with Gary and he beat me by 1 question (150 to 160). But, I'm going to try again next year if they come back. I won a t-shirt which I had Mr. T sign. As you can see, there's Mr. T signing my shirt.
